Audio - No sound at all
If you're experiencing no sound at all from your speakers, headsets, or other devices, you can attempt the following steps:
- Check that all devices are correctly plugged into the Medinbox Corebox or Computer.
For the headsets, trace the USB cable going from the AudioBox or USB Hub to the Medinbox Corebox or Computer, and ensure that the connection is secure.
If you have a speaker system connected, follow the audio or USB cable to the Medinbox Corebox or Computer, and verify that the connection is secure.
- Check that the sound is not muted in Windows.
Either check if the sound is not muted with the Function keys on your keyboard. If you don't have any function key, go on the desktop and check if the sound is not muted in the task bar.

- Check that Voicemeeter is still open and functioning.
Go to the desktop, and in the taskbar you should see the red and black logo of Voicemeeter :

If it is not here, that means that Voicemeeter crashed and you need to initialize it again.
Either type " Voicemeeter Potato" and select it from windows search, or close and reopen Medinbox.
