If you come across a blue source in Producer, there could be two possible issues:
- The source is not correctly connected to the scaler
- The source's resolution and/or type don't match the settings configured on the scalers dipswitches.
You can try swapping out the connecting cable and check if it resolves the issue.
If you need to adjust the scaler settings to match your source, change the position of the dipswitches located on the side and refer to the chart below :
The chart can also be found on the back of the scaler. Don't forget to select the source type. Once the settings are configured correctly, the video feed will become visible.
