Producer - Headsets aren't working
If your headsets are not working in Medinbox Producer, follow the below steps.
- Reach the Audiobox.
- Make sure that both the power cable and the USB cable next to it are properly seated.
- On the Corebox, make sure that the USB cable connecting to the Audiobox is also properly seated.
- Make sure the Audiobox power switch is ON.
The Audiobox sometimes has a USB Port failure.
To try and resolve this issue, disconnect the USB cable on the computer side, then plug it back into a different USB port.

If the Jabras headsets bases are displaying a white battery indicator, and a blinking blue headset indicator try the following steps:
- Disconnect the power cord from the base (charging station).
- Lift the headset from the base (charging station)
- Press on the Multifunction button, that has the colored sticker for 3 to 5 seconds. The headset will shutdown and it should blink rapidly then stop blinking completely.
- Once it's shut down and stopped blinking, put the headset back on its base.
- Wait for 20 seconds to a minute.
- The headset should be back to its original operating state, with a constant green battery LED displaying on the base.
If the steps above are unsuccessful and the headset(s) is still unpaired, proceed with the steps below:
- Power off the base.
- Remove the headset from the base.
- Turn off the headset by holding the Multifunction button for 3 to 5 seconds until the headset LED rapidly flashes and then turns off. Release the button afterward.
- Place the headset back on the base.
Power on the base, wait for a short time, and report the LED status of the base.
