The images from my differents sources are not displaying.
You've just initiated a case, but some or all of your displays are either black or showing the following message: "Decklink Quad No Input"
There are some steps that you can perform to try and resolve the issue:
- Make sure the SDI cables and Ethernet cables are tightly seated in their connectors.
- Check for any damage on the cables.
- Check that the cables are not excessively crooked.
- Make sure that the equipment the sources is connected to is powered on.
- Make sure the dipswitches on the Medinbox Scalers are set as below:
